Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Virtual Content Repurposing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for transforming existing long-form content (blog posts, webinars, reports, etc.) into engaging, concise, and platform-specific formats for various digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, short-form video scripts, and infographics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for compelling narratives, a strong understanding of digital content trends, and the ability to work independently to meet content deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform existing blog posts, articles, and whitepapers into social media updates (Twitter threads, Instagram carousels, Facebook posts).
• Develop concise email newsletter content from longer reports or announcements.
• Draft compelling short-form video scripts and concepts from webinars or interviews for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Create outlines and key takeaways for infographics based on data-rich content.
• Optimize repurposed content for SEO and audience engagement across different platforms.
• Maintain a content repurposing calendar and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency.
• Research current content marketing trends and best practices to inform repurposing strategies.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in content writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with content management systems and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a content creation, digital marketing, or virtual assistant role.
