Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and discreet Private Chef to provide exquisite culinary services for a high-profile individual/family residing in Isolo, Lagos State. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating diverse, healthy, and gourmet meals, managing kitchen operations independently, and adapting to dynamic dietary requirements and preferences. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, culinary creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop bespoke menus tailored to the client's dietary needs, preferences, and health goals.
- Source and select the freshest, highest-quality ingredients from local markets and trusted suppliers.
- Prepare and cook a wide range of gourmet dishes for daily meals, special occasions, and private events.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory, provisioning, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Accommodate special dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies, intolerances, vegan, gluten-free) with expertise.
- Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for the client's privacy.
