Job Description
As a Restaurant Host / Hostess at Texas Roadhouse, you are the first impression our guests have when they arrive and the last impression they have when they leave. You play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized individual who can manage our waitlist, seat guests efficiently, and assist with various front-of-house tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival.
- Manage the guest waitlist accurately and efficiently using our reservation system.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of their server's name.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Assist servers and other staff with minor tasks as needed to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Monitor dining room activity to determine seating and waiting times.
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
