Job Description

In this vital role, you will be the face of Starbucks, engaging with customers, fostering community connections, and bringing the Starbucks Experience to life at local events and within our stores. Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Starbucks brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our values and products.
- Engage directly with customers and community members at local events, in-store promotions, and outreach activities.
- Educate consumers on Starbucks' products, promotions, and initiatives, including our commitment to ethical sourcing.
- Gather feedback from customers and report on community sentiment to enhance local marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with store partners (employees) to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
- Participate in local community service initiatives sponsored by Starbucks.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays and event materials.
