Job Description

Join HubSpot as a Customer Success Assistant and embark on an exciting journey in a remote-first, supportive environment. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in customer success, providing essential support to our Customer Success Managers and directly contributing to our customers’ happiness and retention. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, helping them maximize their use of HubSpot’s powerful platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with administrative tasks and client support initiatives.
  • Help prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and performance reports.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify potential issues or opportunities for engagement.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate CSM or department.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Support, Sales, Product) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer success skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or support role (internships or volunteer work included).
