Job Description
Are you passionate about movies and providing exceptional guest service? Cinemark is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cinema Usher / Team Members. In this role, you will be crucial to ensuring our guests have a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will assist with maintaining theatre cleanliness, guiding guests to their auditoriums, answering questions, and generally contributing to a positive and welcoming environment. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with the public and working in a fun, entertainment-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with seating, directions, and general inquiries.
- Inspect and clean auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas before, during, and after showtimes.
- Monitor theatre areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to cinema policies.
- Handle lost and found items and assist guests with any issues or concerns.
- Assist with crowd control and manage lines during peak hours.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Support other theatre departments as needed, including concessions or box office.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
