Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our team as a Cafe All-Rounder. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting all aspects of cafe operations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment, counters, and dining spaces.
• Assist with food preparation, including pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries.
• Restock inventory, monitor supplies, and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail setting.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and barista skills.
• Current Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain one upon hiring).
• A genuine passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
