Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Production Workers to join our bustling production facility in Glasgow. In this role, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, contributing to the creation of high-quality food products that delight our customers. This is an on-site position requiring a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform various tasks related to food preparation, mixing, baking, and packaging.
- Monitor product quality and identify any defects or deviations from standards.
- Adhere to strict health and safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
