Job Description
As a Work From Home Records Verification Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data records. This 100% remote position involves meticulously reviewing, verifying, and updating various types of information according to established guidelines and procedures. You will work independently to cross-reference data sources, identify discrepancies, and maintain high standards of data quality, contributing directly to operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough verification of records and documents using internal and external resources.
- Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
- Update and maintain accurate records within designated systems.
- Ensure all data handling adheres to company policies and data protection regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding complex cases or process improvements.
- Manage a queue of verification tasks, prioritizing based on urgency and guidelines.
