Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Work From Home Online App Tester to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test cases on Jumia's mobile applications (Android/iOS) and web platforms.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and defects accurately and concisely using designated tracking tools.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on application usability, performance, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand requirements and test plans.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively without introducing new problems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and web browsers.
- Ability to follow instructions and execute test plans accurately.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Prior experience (at least 6 months) in software testing, QA, or a similar role.
