Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team in Gulfport, Mississippi. As a Warehouse Team Member at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products from our distribution centers to our store shelves, ultimately contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This on-site position requires a commitment to safety, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing merchandise for shipment or display.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and bins with new products, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment or transfer to other store sections.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and count inventory.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar physically demanding role.
