Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and place products in designated storage locations.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of items.
• Operate manual and powered equipment (after training) to move products.
• Adhere to strict safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking items.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse or physical labor role (preferred, but not required).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
