Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Members to join our fast-paced operations in Anchorage, AK. This is an immediate start position for individuals ready to contribute to our mission of delivering smiles to customers daily. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and supply chain, handling various tasks from receiving to shipping. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock.
• Pack and ship orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Manage, organize, and retrieve inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (training provided if necessary).
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
