Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Team Members to join our fast-paced fulfillment centre in Gateshead. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products safely and efficiently.
- Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Pack and ship customer orders, preparing them for delivery.
- Operate machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after appropriate training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Comfortable standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety briefings.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus).
- Experience using scanning equipment or inventory management systems.
