Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently and accurately.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and promptly.
• Picking and packing customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
• Performing regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate records of stock movement.
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and safe at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Adhering to all operational guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity targets and operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers (certification a plus).
• Basic computer literacy for scanning, data entry, and inventory systems.
