Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and stow inventory using handheld scanners.
• Load and unload trucks and other material handling equipment.
• Operate basic material handling equipment (after training, if applicable).
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Perform repetitive tasks that may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Basic literacy skills (reading and understanding instructions in English).
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (approximately 22 kg) occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor role is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanners.
