Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders using handheld scanners and other equipment.
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Receiving, sorting, and placing products into appropriate storage locations.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity and operational targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs) for extended periods.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to process orders accurately.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and quality.

• No specific qualifications required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar physical role is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.
