Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Place selected items into appropriate containers or on pallets according to order specifications.
- Ensure all products are handled safely to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and efficiently after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working in an environment that requires standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment.
