Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders from various locations using handheld devices.
• Securely pack items for shipping, ensuring product integrity and presentation standards are met.
• Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, adhering to all operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily performance targets and operational goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and consistently follow all safety guidelines and operational instructions.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, lifting (up to 15kg), and performing repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for operating scanning devices and other warehouse technology.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a diverse team-oriented environment.
• No prior experience required; full comprehensive paid training will be provided upon joining.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar fast-paced environment (highly beneficial, but not essential).
