Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, meticulously checking for quality and quantity.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling and packaging for shipment.
• Manage, organize, and retrieve stock within the warehouse, utilizing inventory systems as required.
• Perform regular inventory controls and maintain high standards for accuracy during audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and proficiently (training provided if necessary).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately to the shift supervisor.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic mathematical and computer literacy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification or previous experience operating other material handling equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
