Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided as needed).
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet Amazon's standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Basic computer navigation skills for inventory and order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
