Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Munich, Germany. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching shipments. Fluency in English is essential, as you will be working in an international environment and handling documentation primarily in English. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices and other documentation.
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner (training provided if necessary).
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for transport.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including loading onto trucks and completing necessary paperwork.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers in English.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
