Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. This is an immediate start full-time position crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our fulfillment center. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials, contributing directly to our mission of delivering packages to customers efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store incoming materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
• Safely and efficiently move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment as required.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipment.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance, to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure timely processing of orders.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal right to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., RF scanners).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
