Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Warehouse Material Handler to join our operations team in Raleigh, NC. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping products within our busy fulfillment center. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming materials and compare information with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipments.
• Safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified).
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and update records.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and quality checks.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
