Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialists to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, preparing them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, safely operating material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – German language skills are NOT required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (minimum 2 years).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator license.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Prior experience in an international logistics setting.
