Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse & Logistics General Laborers in Mississauga. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our fulfillment center, ensuring that products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying accuracy against documentation.
  • Safely and efficiently move products to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and prepare them for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
  • Pack items securely, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks (certification may be required or provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic comprehension and communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) or willingness to be trained.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
