Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse General Hands to join our dynamic team in Stoke-on-Trent for immediate start. This role is crucial to our operations, involving the handling, sorting, and preparation of products for delivery. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing to Amazon’s commitment to speed and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with products
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly (training provided if needed)
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks as required
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Preferred Qualifications
