Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Edmonton. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Accurately pick orders from stock and place them in designated areas for packing.
- Pack and label items for shipment, ensuring products are secure and undamaged.
- Load and unload trucks, manually or using basic material handling equipment.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and update records.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with basic scanning and inventory systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
