Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers after certification (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast-paced operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer navigation skills (for scanning and system interaction).
Preferred Qualifications
