Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment center team in Delta, BC. This is an immediate start, entry-level position where we provide comprehensive training. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently, contributing to our commitment to fast and reliable customer delivery. No prior warehouse experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices or other records
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a physical labor role or fast-paced environment
• Experience with scanning systems or warehouse management software
