Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Virginia Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation, ensuring that products are received, sorted, and shipped efficiently. Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, contributing to a seamless fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload inventory shipments, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
- Accurately sort and place products on shelves or designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks, if certified, or be willing to be trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with equipment or processes.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
- Basic computer navigation skills for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand English for safety instructions and job tasks.
