Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming inventory items and sort them appropriately.
- Pick customer orders accurately from shelves based on system prompts.
- Pack and label items for shipment, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Load outgoing delivery trucks with packaged orders.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet (with proper safety equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer navigation skills (for scanning and order fulfillment systems).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers (certification a plus).
