Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment setting.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Forklift certification (not required, but a plus).
