Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and retrieve inventory in the warehouse.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Comfortable with working in varying temperatures.
• Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or order pickers.
• Excellent communication skills.
