Job Description

Join our fast-paced and dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Gilbert, Arizona. We are actively seeking motivated individuals for immediate hire across all shifts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in Amazon’s fulfillment network, ensuring that products are received, stored, picked, and packed efficiently and accurately to meet customer demand. This is a physical role that involves standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions, contributing directly to our mission of delivering packages quickly and reliably. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against invoices and preparing items for storage.
• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and other technology.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
• Pack and label outgoing shipments, ensuring proper handling and protection of products.
• Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and conduct.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Ability to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
• Basic computer proficiency for using handheld scanners and other systems.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
• Experience using an RF scanner or other inventory management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures.
