Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Mississauga, Ontario. In this fast-paced and physical role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support our fulfillment operations, ensuring products are accurately processed, stored, and shipped to customers. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for those ready to contribute to a world-class logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and accurately scan product barcodes.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Operate various equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided), in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with quality control checks as needed.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and fast-paced operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Basic computer navigation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
