Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates for our day shift operations in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position critical to our supply chain, ensuring that products are received, sorted, stored, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, contributing to our ability to deliver smiles to customers every day. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify their contents against delivery notes.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Pick customer orders using voice or scanner-based picking systems.
• Pack and label items for shipment, ensuring products are protected and correctly addressed.
• Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and quality control checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Required Skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 49 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order to minimize errors.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
