Job Description

This role involves receiving, stocking, picking, and packing products, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and accurately scan product barcodes
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
- Pick orders from stock and place them on pallets or into carts for delivery
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided)
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures, loud noises, and a fast pace
- Basic comprehension and communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Commitment to safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment (not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
