Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Assistants to join our growing team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities, contributing to the seamless flow of goods and maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against invoices or manifests.
• Accurately sort, organize, and store items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Pick and pack customer orders following established procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare goods for dispatch, including labeling, weighing, and staging for outbound transportation.
• Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks or trolleys (training will be provided for specific machinery).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts, stock rotation, and identifying discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, security protocols, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and performing simple counts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

• Good communication skills.
