Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic food and beverage team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, seating them and presenting menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to special requests or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and condiment replenishment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food and beverage offerings.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
