Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our esteemed hospitality team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction through attentive service, detailed menu knowledge, and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage items.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are set correctly and maintained throughout service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage service.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits.
