Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our innovative development team in Munich. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, team-oriented environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in German language (B1 level or higher).
