Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Virtual Twitter/X Community Assistant to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role involves actively managing and growing the online community for one of our key clients on the Twitter/X platform. You will be responsible for fostering positive interactions, responding to inquiries, identifying trends, and ensuring our client’s brand voice is consistently and effectively represented. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the client's Twitter/X presence, engaging with followers and tracking conversations.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly and professionally, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or opportunities to the relevant internal teams.
  • Help develop and schedule engaging content in coordination with content strategists.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for social media campaigns and strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing social media communities, particularly on Twitter/X.
