Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Tech Project Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our technology project managers, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across various project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to all attendees.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including technical specifications, status reports, and stakeholder communications, ensuring version control and easy accessibility.
- Track project deliverables, deadlines, and milestones, proactively flagging potential issues or delays to the project manager.
- Facilitate internal and external communication among project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Prepare presentations and other project-related materials as required.
- Support the onboarding of new project team members with necessary access and information.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support project operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Problem-solving aptitude and keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
