Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Tech Project Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role will provide essential administrative and technical support to our project managers and technical teams, ensuring the smooth execution of various technology projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, possess strong communication skills, and have a foundational understanding of tech project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate team meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for project stakeholders.
- Support with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, project managers, and external partners.
- Track project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure project success.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Basic understanding of project management principles or tech environments.
