Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and perceptive Virtual Social Media Comment Moderator to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial remote role responsible for ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging environment across all LADbible Group social media platforms. You will be at the forefront of community interaction, moderating user-generated content, fostering positive discussions, and upholding our brand guidelines. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent judgment, and a deep understanding of online community dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user comments and discussions across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) in real-time.
- Enforce community guidelines and terms of service, identifying and removing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
- Identify and report emerging trends in problematic content or user behavior.
- Engage with the community to encourage positive interactions and discussions.
- Collaborate with content and editorial teams to understand new campaigns and potential moderation needs.
- Provide regular feedback and insights on community sentiment and moderation effectiveness.
- Stay updated on social media platform policies and best practices for content moderation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in online content moderation or community management.
- Exceptional understanding of social media platforms and their respective user bases.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with digital media ethics and online safety principles.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
