Job Description

PwC Germany is seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Content Repurposing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote contract position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Germany. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maximizing the reach and impact of our valuable insights and thought leadership. You will be responsible for transforming existing long-form content, such as reports, articles, webinars, and whitepapers, into engaging and digestible formats suitable for various digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Repurpose existing long-form content (e.g., blog posts, research papers, webinars, case studies) into new formats such as social media updates, email newsletters, infographic text, video scripts, presentations, and short articles.
  • Craft compelling and concise copy that maintains the original message's integrity while adapting it for specific platforms and target audiences.
  • Ensure all repurposed content aligns with PwC's brand voice, style guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with content strategists, marketing managers, and design teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy.
  • Assist in maintaining a content calendar and tracking the performance of repurposed content.
  • Conduct light research to support content updates and ensure accuracy and relevance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in content creation, writing, or editing, with a portfolio demonstrating repurposing abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their content requirements (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, email marketing).
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and basic familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva or basic knowledge of video editing software.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword integration.
  • Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher) is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services or B2B environment.
