Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Content Repurposing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This 100% remote role involves transforming existing long-form content (e.g., blog posts, webinars, whitepapers) into various engaging formats suitable for different social media platforms and marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying key takeaways, understanding target audiences, and producing high-quality, concise content across multiple mediums. This position requires excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, as well as a proactive approach to content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify evergreen content from our existing library suitable for repurposing across various platforms.
• Transform long-form content (blog posts, videos, podcasts, webinars) into short-form assets like social media posts, infographics, email snippets, short videos, presentations, and interactive quizzes.
• Edit and proofread repurposed content to ensure brand consistency, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to style guides.
• Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, and designers to ensure repurposed content meets strategic objectives and visual standards.
• Manage a content repurposing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends, social media platform best practices, and new tools for efficient content repurposing.
• Track performance of repurposed content and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in content creation, editing, or marketing.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and their content requirements.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for consistency and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic asset creation.
