Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive social media and administrative support to our team. This part-time, remote role is ideal for an individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital communication. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our online presence and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and relevant industry trends
- Assist in drafting and editing social media posts, articles, and marketing materials
- Perform administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
- Organise and maintain digital files and documents
- Conduct online research as required to support projects and initiatives
- Prepare presentations and reports using various software tools
- Coordinate virtual meetings and webinars, including sending invitations and managing attendees
- Provide general support to team members as needed to ensure operational efficiency
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Demonstrable proficiency in managing social media platforms for business purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
