Capgemini is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our internal teams and clients who are primarily innovative tech startups. You will provide essential administrative and operational support, enabling our tech startup clients and internal project teams to focus on their core innovations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Organise and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and events, including sending invitations and managing attendees.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using various office software.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritising, and drafting responses as needed.
- Conduct online research to support projects, market analysis, and business development initiatives for tech startups.
- Assist with data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support social media scheduling and content updates for internal communications or specific client projects.
- Process basic expense reports and manage simple invoicing where required.
- Act as a communication liaison between internal departments and external partners/clients.
- Maintain organised digital filing systems and databases.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
